Best design to display moving plots at a given frame rate.

Hi there,

I need to write an app that can display moving plots in 3D and can play audio synchronously. Plots can move up to 25 times per seconds.

Input will be an array of plots coordinates and a wav file.

I'm fairly new in term of programming and I am not sure what would be the best design to accommodate my needs.

I have looked at some examples and I do not see how the frame rate could be controlled. This is especially important as I may have to synchronise the plots with an audio stream.

I'm not too worried about having a perfect AV synch for now but I'd really appreciate some guidance on how to plot an array of coordinates at a given frame rate.
