PyQtGraph 0.12.3 Released!

Hey everyone, sorry for the delayed announcement here.  A few  days ago, we released PyQtGraph 0.12.3!  It's currently available on pypi and conda-forge.

The primary features of the release include

• Many more ParameterTree item types
• Expanded ColorMap functionality (and some performance improvements)
• Re-Enabling of OpenGL rendering of PlotCurveItem on Windows with the enableExperimental option
• Faster line plot generation (at this point, I don't think we're going to be able to make it faster)
• pg.mkPen now accepts SVG Color keyword names provided here

We have also started the deprecation process for the MetaArray module.  The contents of that module have spun off to its own MetaArray pypi package available here.  It won't be removed from the library until ~0.14.0.

There is quite an extensive list of bug-fixes as well.
