on "getting-started" and can't produce an executable for pyflakes

I'm following the Getting Started guide and I can't produce an executable for pyflakes (found in the last section)

I can do the previous steps fine (the one using uuid) but when attempting to run pyflakes executable, it's getting stuck at "installing files..."

   Compiling jemallocator v0.3.2
   Compiling jemallocator-global v0.3.2
    Finished dev [unoptimized + debuginfo] target(s) in 57.66s
installing files to /some_dir/myproj/./build/x86_64-apple-darwin/debug/install

Try running your built binary with --help! The pyflakes tool defaults to waiting for data from standard-in, if no parameters are passed to it. Hanging indefinitely with no output is the expected outcome. It is perhaps not an ideal choice for the tutorial.

Yes, pyflakes is possibly not a great choice for a tutorial here because of this behavior. I've pushed commit d111ad6c to document this quirk. But in the longer term I think we should change the example in the tutorial so it is more user friendly. Does anyone have any ideas?
