Windows Compatibility for Conda Installer

Hey,

I just wanted to let you know that it looks like your conda package on conda-forge does not support Windows x86-64 (or any Windows distro). If this is intentional, please update your documentation to reflect this. If I'm missing something here, please let me know.

Thanks for your comments.  It is correct that we don’t support Windows for PyNE currently.  I also see why our documentation may be confusing!  We’ll work to update this in a coming release.
