I think we can definitely look into this. We are very close to having a working version of PyNE under conda-forge. Looking quickly at TARDIS, that might actually help you, too, but if not, we are interested in exploring the use of conda-press to automatically (?) make wheels for PyPI out of conda-forge packages...
