Citation for pyNastran

Hi Steve, 

Do you have a preferred citation method for pyNastran or have you thought about adding a CITATION.cff (https://citation-file-format.github.io/) to the github repo?

I just added an example on https://github.com/SteveDoyle2/pyNastran/blob/main/docs/html_docs/reference/reference.rst

I went with AIAA format.  If you'd like to change it a bit, go right ahead :)  Also, If there's another format people use besides AIAA, let me know and I can add it.
