Pyramid Debugtoolbar 4.5.2 released

Pyramid Debugtoolbar 4.5.2 has been released.

Here are the changes:

- Stop accessing request.unauthenticated_userid in preparation
for Pyramid 2.0 where it is deprecated.

- Catch a ValueError when JSON-serializing SQLA objects for
