Pylons web framework 1.0.3 released

Pylons 1.0.3 has been released. This version is identical to
Pylons 1.0.2 and merely removes a link to a content farm from
the README.

=== IMPORTANT ===

Additionally v1.0.2 was deleted from PyPI in an attempt to
re-upload the README without that link, but Warehouse, the new
PyPI, no longer permits that. Whoopsie! If you have pinned
dependencies to 1.0.2, you must bump them up to 1.0.3. We
apologize for the inconvenience.
