Hello to all,

I am interested in Universal Pyramid cookiecutter for GSoC 2017. I am requesting review for my draft.

I had trouble with breaking the tasks into smaller pieces but I tried to keep it simple at the same time.

You should submit your draft through the GSoC website, so that
it gets into the system. You can revise drafts and request
feedback there. When ready, you can submit a final version.
