Pyramid 1.10.6 released

Pyramid 1.10.6 has been released.

- Deprecated pyramid.compat so that apps can prepare more easily for their upgrade to 2.0.

- Fixed a potential memory leak in which a circular reference between context and request may rely on the garbage collector to clean up.
