Pyramid 1.8b1 released

Pyramid 1.8b1 has been released. This is likely the one and only beta release unless any bug reports come in the next week or so. If not, expect 1.8 before the end of the month.

There have been only very minor changes from 1.8a1 including several documentation improvements to replace more pcreate references with cookiecutter and one small feature on ``config.add_translation_dirs``.
