Hey folks, I'm happy to announce Pyramid 1.9! This is the first officially supported release in the 1.9 series and marks the end of support for the 1.7 series. As always, the 1.8 series continues to be supported until at least the next major release.

There are no major changes in this release from 1.9b1 - however we finally updated the documentation to work over HTTPS!

A comprehensive "What's New In Pyramid 1.9" document exists at

You will be able to see the 1.9 release documentation

You can install it via PyPI:

  pip install pyramid==1.9

Enjoy, and please report any issues you find to the issue tracker at

Thanks!

Thanks to all who work to make Pyramid a great project!

One note of historical interest: next week marks the 9th anniversary of
the initial repoze.bfg release:

$ tail -6 repoze.bfg-trunk/HISTORY.txt

0.1 (2008-07-08)
================

- Initial release.
