WebOb 1.8.3 has been released

Hello all,

I've just released a brand new version of WebOb: 1.8.3

With a huge thanks to Michael Merickel for working long hard hours on some issues surrounding Accept handling, and issues he found while trying to use the implementation within Pyramid to fix some of the Accept handling issues we've wanted to solve for a while!

You may install it from your local cheese shop with:

pip install webob==1.8.3
