WebTest 2.0.27 is out

Hi,

A quick mail to announce a bugfix release of WebTest.

This release fix two issues:

- resp.json no longer raise when charset is not specified by the response

- app.set_cookie() now works even if HTTP_HOST is set in extra_environ
