Hi Christophe,
The saturation that you’re expecting from the ‘s’ in the denominator is provided by the multiplication of R by the population difference between the two levels (e.g. N_e – N_g). This is Eq. (28) in the CPC paper describing the package.
Placing ‘s’ in the denominator yields the heuristic model described in section 2.3 of the paper.
