Anyone successfully pyinstalled a program with phonenumbers?

I haven't (yet) figured out how to create an executable from a program that uses "phonenumbers", the Python adaptation of Google's libphonenumbers. I suspect the difficulty lies in how it dynamically loads code.

Have you done this successfully? If so, I'd like to know how you did it.
