Python converted app not working on other windows machine...

Hello,

It worked fine in my machine but it didn't on the other machine, so i analyzed what the problem could be and think the directory i mentioned is not their system and getting fatal error.So i changed the icon directory in code to r".\<file.name>.ico" and it is not even running in my device , so how do i solve it...This is my first app pls help.
