Crontab Job on Mac "Cannot open PyInstaller archive from executable or external archive

Hello I am on a mac with M1 chip Monterey version 12.3.1 with python3 version 3.10.3 and pyinstaller version 5.1. I am trying to schedule a crontab job for my unix executable file but everytime the cron job runs the error "Cannot open PyInstaller archive from executable or external archive" is logged. The permissions are set for everyone on the executable and I don't know how to fix the issue. Any help?
