Change output lib location

Hello, I’m struggling with changing PyInstaller’s output(e.g. *.so) location by using --onedir option.
I tried tweaking sys.path by runtime-hooks like this, but this doesn’t work.

How can I achieve this?

My environment is

* macOS 10.14.5
* Python3.7

Pyinstaller seems to have problems with Python 3.7 on macOS and Windows. I had to revert to 3.6.8 to get my app packaged on macOS.  If you can, give that a try.
