Windows 10 constantly detects malware

Everything I've built with pyinstaller recently (Windows 10, Python 3.9.0, pyinstaller 4.4, --onefile, often with tkinter) works fine, but Windows 10 constantly claims to detect malware in the *.exe executables, and blocks and quarantines them, sometimes as they're being downloaded, sometimes when they're run. Since my aim is to provide executables to others, this is a distinct inconvenience.

I can't be the only one to encounter this. Is there any better approach than dealing with these events individually?
