macOS ARM & Intel

I'm about to upgrade some computer equipment to a new Mac with an M1 processor and ARM architecture. I'm "assuming" that I will still be able to develop my PyQt5 applications and deploy using Pyinstaller for this machine, but will it still be possible to develop and deploy for Intel processors also? Thanks for any comments.

There have been no reports (here or on Github) that it doesn't work but there also hasn't been anything to say it does. We don't expect it to be a problem. Big Sur is the thing to watch out for - it's already broken quite a lot of our tests.
