Windows exe error only in --onefile mode

Hi,

I'm starting to learn pygobject and I write a small hello program.

I can build exe file in --onedir default mode but when I try to use --onefile the created hello.exe give me the error "gi/_gi-cpython-38.dll could not be extracted!"

In the href-hello.html the _gi-cpython-38.dll library is listed as added
