Does anyone know what the unit of measure used in pyglet is?

For reference I'm creating an environment using pyglet.gl and would like know the unit of measure for the dimension of a geometric shape.

By default, all sizes are in pixels.
(You can use OpenGL to set a different scale.)

And seconds are used for time.
