New experimental pydal

There is new experimental pydal in master (un-published) and not used by py4web yet.

This one is an almost complete rewrite made in collaboration with Claude.

Perhaps this was a bad idea but it has a better design and a ton more tests.

I could very much use your help in testing it before I make it official.

This would be a great opprtinity to make pydal async and maybe replace ombott with starlette no?

I think this should be two steps.

First we deploy the new dal. same API buy more features and many bug fixes and cleaner design.

Then we add an AsyncDAL. It will be useless in py4web since the latter is not async. Also it would only work for those backends which have async drivers.
