Hello everyone! Im Agustin, a mechanical student from Chile. I am  currently  working with Pbliv to get  GHI, DNI, and DHI  information and i would like to know if there is a way to include wheater conditions in the "get_clearsky" command.

I await any response or advice. Thank you for your help! :)

Hello wonder, Yes, there is a way but there is no need because there are some models like Ineichen and Solis that can give you
accurate clear sky irradiance using default input parameters (linked turbidity, water vapor, and AOD).

get_clearsky command is used to estimate clear sky GHI, DIF and DNI

Hi Agustin,

By definition clear-sky conditions are those where irradiance is not affected by clouds (that is little different than saying the skies are cloudless).

What weather conditions are you trying to account for?
