maintaining pypuppetdb and Puppetboard

Hi everyone,

It's been over two years since I set pypuppetdb and Puppetboard lose on the world. It's been a fun time but I no longer have the time to commit to both projects. I have commitments to different open source projects and paired with no longer having a need to develop these two myself I've let them slide.

I've created issues for transferring the maintainer/stewardship of both projects on their respective repositories in the puppet-community organization on Github. If you feel you're up for the challenge please have a look and reply to them.
