Puppet master log

Hi,

I switched from puppet 2.7 on RHEL5 to puppet 3.8. In the 2.7 logs, I could see the agent's logs, but in 3.8, I don't.  I tried changing the log_level, but it didn't change the way it logged, even at debug.  How do I get back the 2.7 log behaviour?
