Checking directories

Hi,
Is there any  way to check all directory with Puppet, like checking all /etc/ with all the files in it?

Hi,

it depends on what you have in mind when you say "checking".

Puppet is generally most useful if there is some definable state that
you would like to enforce. Puppet will just do that for you, no
questions asked.

There are also facilities for just monitoring the state of system
resources, but I cannot give a definitive answer with the information
you provided.
