Custom fact to get current system locale on Windows

Hi,

I'm currently facing a problem where a package on Windows is installed with a translated displayname ("AdoptOpenJDK JRE mit Hotspot 11.0.7.10 (x64)"). Of course this is different from the expected (english) displayname ("AdoptOpenJDK JRE with Hotspot 11.0.7.10 (x64)") which breaks idempotency. However, the particular systems I need to install this package on need to run with the German locale, so I need a way to get the current locale at runtime.

So before I start writing my own: Does anybody have a custom fact at hand for Windows which does this?
