Puppet Discovery configuration issues

Hello

I am reviewing the Puppet Discovery product currently in a test environment. 

I have got the product to recognize, Ubuntu, CentOS and Debian clients. 

I cannot get Puppet Discovery to work with Windows clients!

Error i get in GUI is *rpc error: code = Code(100) desc = could not create winrm client - http response error:401 - invalid content type

Puppet Discovery is installed on a Windows 10 VM.

WinRM is configured  and working on both vm's

I have enabled ports 5985 and 5986 via GPO also.

Any ideas on where i could be going wrong here ?

Please note i had spoted the post from 2017 regarding firewall changes, i had already applied these.
