Bolt puppetfile install - LFN issue

Hi group!

Does anyone know of a workaround to the long file name issue when installing certain modules? One that does not require manually downloading the module archive...

An example is the dsc module, which often encounters this problem when you try to install it:

No such file or directory @ rb_sysopen - C:/Users/xxx/AppData/Local/Temp/d20200212-9776-1ho9oqx/puppetlabs-dsc-1.9.3/puppetlabs-dsc-1.9.3/lib/puppet_x/dsc_resources/SharePointDsc/DSCResources/MSFT_SPTrustedIdentityTokenIssuerProviderRealms/MSFT_SPTrustedIdentityTokenIssuerProviderRealms.schema.mof
Failed to sync modules from C:/Users/xxx/source/repos/Bolt RTjP/Boltdir/Puppetfile to C:/Users/xxx/source/repos/Bolt RTjP/Boltdir/modules

https://github.com/puppetlabs/r10k/issues/181 seems relevant. It looks like there's a cache_root setting for this that would help, but not clear how to modify it with 'bolt puppetfile install'.
