Windows installer CustomAction RemoveLegacyNssmRegistryKey returned actual error code 1603

Hi,

I am trying to install puppet on windows (https://downloads.puppetlabs.com/windows/puppet7/puppet-agent-7.30.0-x64.msi) I get the following error:

Any clues on why it fails?
