AWS cloud provisioning on Puppet VM, Error: RequestExpired => Request has expired. Timestamp date is 2014-01-22T08:45:57Z

I am configuring AWS cloud provisioning on Puppet VM, getting the below error. I configured ~/.fog with AWS access keys. I would like to know if anyone faced the same issue? If so, can you share your inputs?

[root@puppet ~]# vim .fog
[root@puppet ~]# puppet node_aws list
Error: RequestExpired => Request has expired. Timestamp date is 2014-01-22T08:45:57Z
