Oscar alternative for open source puppet 4.x

Hi,

I would like to test and try open source puppet 4.x and was checking if there are any projects taht automate multi node puppet infrastructure ( ca, masters, agents, puppetdb, board).

I know oscar exists for Puppet Enterprise, but not sure if there are alternatives for the open source puppet, the idea is deploy, test, tune, and tear apart the infra until certain requirements are met to automate the build, tuning, and configuration.
