Puppet module for Windows 2012 SNMP Service

I think SNMP on Windows 2012 is deprecated: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh831568

Hmm, ok.  Guess it's time to figure out how WinRM works and if Puppet can configure it.

I believe it could. A quick search on the forge didn't turn up any existing module. However a search on github turned up https://github.com/nanliu/puppet-winrm and https://github.com/liamjbennett/puppet-winrm
