[Announce] Release of PDK v1.9.0

Hello Everyone,

PDK v1.9.0 is a feature release that is now generally available.

In v1.9.0, we've added a new 'YAML' validator, for ensuring the various YAML based configuration files in your module are parsable.  This release also includes important enhancements and quality of life updates to the packaged module template. This release also includes a number of important bug fixes, the full list of changes in v1.9.0 can be found in the release notes. We are also happy to announce that we've added installation packages for several new platforms, including: Fedora 28, Fedora 29, and OS X 10.14 (Mojave).

• Download PDK 1.9.0 for your operating system to get started.
• Or install or update to the latest PDK version via your native package manager!
