Announce: Puppet Agent 1.10.10 is now available

This is a bug-fix release of Puppet Agent, which updates Puppet to 4.10.10 and Facter to 3.6.9. Puppet 4.10.10 adds two new settings, `sourceaddress` and `runtimeout`, and fixes several bugs. This release also adds support for macOS 10.13 (High Sierra) and EL 7 on arm64. For details, see the Puppet Agent release notes.
