Announcement: Release of Bolt 0.18.0

Hello Everyone!

Today we're happy to announce the release of Bolt 0.18.0.

This is a breaking change that drops support for ruby <2.3.

It also adds the ability to pass typed params from the command line as "param_name=[1, 2, 3]".

To try this new version, follow the normal installation at https://puppet.com/docs/bolt/0.x/bolt_installing.html. Updated packages are also available via Yum and Apt.
