Bolt 1.28.0 now available

We're happy to announce the release of Bolt 1.28.0. Highlights in this release include:

• Publishing an image of every new version of Bolt to Docker Hub
  
• Supporting the Vault KV engine for populating inventory fields
• Improving documentation for converting plans from YAML to the Puppet language
• Configuring AWS connection information in a more sensible location
• Alerting users to analytics policies after certain command line operations
• Automatically calling apply_prep before executing a resources step in a YAML plan
• Fixing an SSH hang when ProxyCommand is set
