Windows Packages and DisplayName

Do you still need to use the DisplayName as the name of a package as mentioned in https://docs.puppetlabs.com/puppet/3.7/reference/resources_package_windows.html?

Yes. As long as you are using the built in package provider for Windows, this will be true.
