gce module not working after upgrade

Hi,

I upgrade my puppet master to 3.7.5, but after this upgrade it seems that gce module is not working at all, so i can't automate and provision new instances from puppet.

Although before the upgrade everything as working smoothly 

the error that i got is 

Error: /Stage[main]/Main/Gce_instance[billing-node-1]: Could not evaluate: [/dev/null]:XXX is an invalid url

the content of device.conf is 

[XXX]

  type gce

  url [/dev/null]:XXX

i believe in the new upgrade some code change regard the gce module or reading from the device.conf.

is there any fix for that?
