Error when installing Puppet Enterprise

Hi All. This is my first time to install Puppet Enterprise. However, I receive the error when installing it on CentOS 6.4 64 bit OS.

[puppet.mydomain.com] An error occured while performing install_pe_puppet.mydomain.com: invalid byte sequence in US-ASCII

If anybody could point me in right direction, it will be much appreciated.
