Open Source Puppet 3.8 agent for SUSE Sles

I am running Puppet Open Source, version 3.8.3. I have inherited a large SUSE Sles 11 environment that I would like to start managing with Puppet. I cannot find a Sles 3.8.3 puppet agent package anywhere, and am inexperienced at building packages for Sles. Can anyone point me to where I can find a 3.8.3 puppet agent package that will work on Sles 11, or even instructions on how to build my own package? I'm totally new to this, so any help or guidance will be much appreciated.

SLES is a PE-only platform, meaning no open-source packages: http://docs.puppetlabs.com/puppet/latest/reference/system_requirements.html
