uninitialized constant Puppet::FileSystem::File

Hi,

I'm running puppet 3.4.2 and on some nodes I'm seeing them fail with the following errors.
Not sure where they are coming from.  None of my manifests or modules include these.

Any help is most appreciated.

Errors:

uninitialized constant Puppet::FileSystem::File

Could not autoload puppet/util/instrumentation/listeners/log: Class Log is already defined in Puppet::Util::Instrumentation

So root cause of this error was a plugin being pushed with another module.
