while i am typing this command in agent its not working. Nothing is happening.
Cannot generate the certificate at all. Pls help

I think you're going to have to provide more information than that. Is anything appearing in the logfiles on agent and master? Which versions are you running? What has changed (was it working before)? What did you try already? Etc.
