Puppet Library: A private puppet forge

Hi Puppet Users,

I've created a application called Puppet Library that lets you create a private forge. It currently supports serving modules from disk, and proxying remote forges. It works with librarian-puppet and r10k, as well as `puppet module search` and `puppet module install`. Source and documentation are available on Github: https://github.com/drrb/puppet-library.
