Open Source puppet and mcollective issue

Hi,
We are using both flavor's of Puppet: Enterprise and Open Source. In open source puppet we are trying to push the changes from puppet master to agents. We are finding the nodes using the below commands:
mco find -F ipaddress=xx.xx.xx.xx
It sometimes find the nodes and sometimes did not find the nodes. I am not able to get the root cause for the same. This is what I am using:
Puppet Version: 4.9.2
Mcollective Verson: 2.10.1
ActiveMQ: 5.9.1

It seems it stuck somewhere and need to restart the mco and activemq again and again.

Any help or pointer is highly appreciated.

usually because of ActiveMQ, it's proven to be too much of a pain.

I've made choria.io that configures mcollective with among others:

- NATS.io middleware thats much more stable
- PuppetDB integration for discovery

Together this gives a more predictable outcome
