puppet error

hello ,

I am getting this error most of the time in puppet client.

Error: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond. - connect(2)

puppet client reports back even after this error display and same error comes under warning in foreman ENC.

Please suggest

Is there a possibility you're using remote resources via HTTP or a provider? Do particular resource applications fail? This is a pretty generic message that happens when trying to use Ruby's HTTP library to connect.

Turning on `--debug` may give more context for when this fails as well.

I put that in debug and found exactly where it is geeting that warning:
