Announcing Bolt 1.27.1

We're happy to announce the release of Bolt 1.27.1. This is purely a bug fix release that resolves two issues:

• Calling get_targets in manifest blocks with inventory version 2 caused an exception
• Bolt ignored script arguments that contain "="
