Bolt 1.30.0 now available

Greetings!

We're happy to announce the release of Bolt 1.30.0. Highlights in this release include:

• Added a CHANGELOG.md file to track new features, bug fixes, and deprecation warnings
• Users can configure the behavior of the apply_prep() plan function
• Task helpers now print errors correctly
• The bolt-inventory-db tool is now installed on the user's path
• task show and plan show now output OS-correct file path separators
